Celebration Park Naples

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Celebration Park Naples collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written for the current website and for features intended for production, including newsletter signups and artist applications.

Overview

Celebration Park Naples (“Celebration Park,” “we,” “us”) operates the waterfront park at 2880 Becca Ave, Naples, FL 34112, and this website. We do not sell your personal information.

This policy covers information collected through the public website and related online features. It does not describe every in-person interaction at the park (for example, paying a food truck or the bar directly).

Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways:

  • information you choose to provide;
  • information related to an authorized account, if you have one; and
  • limited technical and analytics information collected automatically.

We do not currently collect payment-card numbers, operate online checkout, or take reservations through this website.

Private-event inquiries

Private-event forms may ask for your name, email address, phone number, event type, preferred date, start and end times, guest count, company name (for corporate inquiries), and a message about your event.

These forms currently open an email draft to info@celebrationparknaples.com. The website does not store the form submission in our application database. If you send the message, we receive it by email, and that email is then handled in our ordinary business email systems.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation or event contract. We use inquiry information to respond to you and to discuss possible private-event arrangements.

Newsletter and email marketing

If you subscribe, you provide your email address so we can send Celebration Park communications. Those messages may include live music and event announcements, food and drink promotions, park news, special events, and other promotional or operational updates.

Subscription is voluntary. We use your email to send the communications you requested, to manage the subscriber list, and to understand basic delivery and engagement information that email services typically process (such as whether a message was delivered, bounced, or opened).

An email marketing or delivery provider may process subscriber information on our behalf. The specific provider may change as we operate the service. We will not name a provider here unless and until that provider is actually used. See Service providers below.

Artist applications

When artist applications are available, applicants may provide artist or band name, contact name, email address, phone number, city or location, genres, performance format, performer count, availability notes, portfolio or social links, EPK URL, typical rate, biography, a promotional photograph, and a W-9 PDF, along with other application details supported by the form.

We use this information to review potential performers, communicate about the application, and — if an artist is selected or engaged — to coordinate performances and required tax or payment documentation.

W-9 files and other sensitive application documents are stored in private storage. They are not published on the public website. Promotional photographs may be used to evaluate an application and, if authorized, to promote the artist and related Celebration Park events, as described in the Terms of Use.

Submitting an application may also involve a security check (currently Cloudflare Turnstile) to reduce automated spam and abuse.

Account information

Celebration Park may create or invite accounts for authorized people such as park staff, food-truck operators, and approved artists. These accounts are not a public signup.

Account-related information may include:

  • email address and authentication credentials;
  • first and last name;
  • optional profile photo;
  • role and assignment information needed to operate the account; and
  • for approved artists, availability requests and optional messages about requested dates.

We use this information to authenticate users, operate the relevant tools, and communicate about park operations. Food-truck operators may also publish business information such as menus, hours, photos, and contact details, which can appear on the public website.

Automatic and technical information

When you visit the website, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically receive standard technical information. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring URL. We use this information to operate, secure, and understand use of the website.

Weather and sunset information shown on the site is requested for Celebration Park’s Naples location. That request is about venue conditions; it is not used to identify you.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses cookies and similar storage in limited ways:

  • Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and usage.
  • Essential / authentication cookies. If you sign in to an authorized account, our authentication provider sets cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect the session.
  • Operational cookies. Signed-in tools may store small preferences, such as interface state, so the tools work as expected.
  • Local storage. The homepage newsletter prompt may remember that you closed or completed it so it does not reappear immediately.
  • Security. When artist applications are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may set or read information needed to complete a bot check.

This website does not currently use Google Analytics, a Meta/Facebook advertising pixel, or other advertising pixels. You can block cookies in your browser, but some signed-in features will not work without essential cookies.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and requests;
  • send newsletter and event communications you requested;
  • review artist applications and related materials;
  • operate authorized accounts and park operations tools;
  • publish food-truck, bar, artist, and event information that operators or staff submit for the public website;
  • improve, secure, and troubleshoot the website;
  • comply with law, including tax and recordkeeping obligations; and
  • protect Celebration Park, our visitors, and our vendors.

Service providers

We use companies that process information on our behalf to operate the website. Depending on how you use the site, that may include:

  • Website hosting and analytics — currently Vercel, including Vercel Analytics;
  • Application database, authentication, and file storage — currently Supabase, including private storage for sensitive artist-application files;
  • Security / bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile, when artist applications are submitted;
  • Fonts — Google Fonts, which may receive standard technical information when fonts load;
  • Email — the email systems used to receive inquiries at info@celebrationparknaples.com, and any email delivery or marketing provider we use to send subscriber messages; and
  • Weather data — Open-Meteo, which we query for venue weather and sunset information rather than for your identity.

A future email marketing provider may receive subscriber email addresses and related delivery information. We will choose and change providers as needed to operate the service. We require service providers to use personal information only to perform services for us or as required by law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • with service providers who help us operate the website and communications;
  • with Celebration Park staff and, where needed, with a relevant food-truck operator or artist in connection with an authorized account or a confirmed performance;
  • if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property;
  • in connection with a business transfer, such as a sale or reorganization of the park’s operations, subject to appropriate safeguards; or
  • with your direction or consent.

Public pages may display information that staff or operators choose to publish, such as event names, artist names and photos, food-truck menus, and business contact details. W-9s and other tax documents are not published.

Marketing and unsubscribe

We send marketing or promotional emails only if you subscribe or otherwise request them. You may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link or instructions in those emails, or by contacting us at info@celebrationparknaples.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect emails about an inquiry, application, or account when those messages are needed to respond to you.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, and private storage for sensitive application files such as W-9s. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, managing subscriptions, reviewing applications, operating accounts, meeting legal and tax obligations, resolving disputes, and maintaining security. We do not currently operate an automated deletion schedule for all records. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, or we retain it in a restricted form if the law requires us to keep it.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Your privacy rights

You may contact us to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from marketing emails. We will review requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before responding.

Celebration Park operates in Florida. Depending on where you live and how the law applies to us, you may have additional rights under U.S. or Florida privacy laws. Because those rights can depend on facts such as the volume of data a business processes, we do not claim a specific statutory program on this page beyond honoring applicable law and the requests described above.

To make a request, email info@celebrationparknaples.com or write or call us using the contact details below. We do not currently offer a separate online privacy-request portal.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
