Celebration Park Naples

Terms of Use

Effective date: August 2026

These Terms of Use apply when you visit Celebration Park Naples, use our website, or otherwise interact with the park through this site. Please read them before entering the park or using the website.

Acceptance of these terms

By visiting Celebration Park Naples, using this website, or submitting information through the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not enter the park or use the website.

These terms apply to visitors, guests, event attendees, website users, private-event inquirers, newsletter subscribers, artist applicants, and authorized account holders.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Please read it together with these terms.

Using this website

This website provides information about Celebration Park Naples, including food trucks, the full liquor bar, live music, events, hours, directions, private events, staff, and related park news. Some information — including weather, sunset, and “happening now” details — is assembled from current park information and third-party sources and may change.

When using the website, you agree that you will not:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • interfere with the site’s operation, security, or other users;
  • scrape, overload, or misuse the site in a way that harms Celebration Park or other visitors;
  • submit false, misleading, or infringing information; or
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

Visiting Celebration Park

Celebration Park is an open-air waterfront gathering place. All visitors must follow park rules, posted signs, and staff instructions so that everyone can enjoy the park safely.

Expected conduct includes:

  • treating other visitors, vendors, artists, and park staff with respect;
  • following posted signs and staff instructions;
  • keeping noise at a reasonable, respectful level;
  • disposing of trash in designated receptacles and cleaning up after yourself;
  • using facilities only for their intended purpose;
  • supervising children in your care at all times; and
  • reporting unsafe conditions or emergencies to park staff.

The following are not permitted:

  • illegal drugs or other unlawful substances;
  • weapons of any kind, except as authorized for law enforcement;
  • harassment, fighting, threatening behavior, or other disruption;
  • damage to park property, plants, trees, or wildlife;
  • fireworks or open flames without Celebration Park authorization;
  • unauthorized commercial activity, solicitation, or flyering;
  • trespassing in restricted, closed, or staff-only areas; and
  • smoking or vaping except where posted signs allow it.

Violation of park rules may result in removal from the property and, where appropriate, a ban from future visits. Serious violations may result in legal action.

Alcohol

Celebration Park operates a full liquor bar. Alcohol is available only to persons who are legally permitted to purchase and consume it. Government-issued identification may be required. Celebration Park may refuse alcohol service where legally required or otherwise appropriate, including where a person appears intoxicated or presents a safety concern.

Guests may not bring their own alcohol onto the property unless Celebration Park expressly authorizes it for a particular event. Please drink responsibly. Browsing this website is not age-restricted; alcohol service at the park is.

Pets and service animals

Celebration Park is pet friendly. Leashed dogs are welcome in outdoor areas. Pet owners must:

  • keep pets on a leash and under control at all times;
  • clean up after pets immediately;
  • ensure pets are well-behaved and non-aggressive; and
  • follow staff instructions if a pet needs to be moved or cannot remain in a particular area.

Pet owners are responsible for their pets and for any injury or damage their pets cause. Staff may restrict pets from certain indoor or service areas. These pet rules do not limit the rights of people with disabilities to be accompanied by service animals. Service animals are welcome throughout the park in accordance with applicable law.

Hours, menus, events, and other information

We work to keep this website current, but park operations change. Hours, menus, prices, food-truck availability, bar offerings, performers, event times, and other details may change without notice. Last-minute weather, staffing, or operational changes may not appear on the website immediately.

Live music and other events may be postponed, cancelled, shortened, or performed by a different artist than listed. When we cancel a published event, we may post a public notice on the events calendar, but we cannot guarantee that every change will be reflected in time for every visit.

Directions, parking notes, boat/water-access information (including waterway marker descriptions), weather, sunset times, and “happening now” information are provided as general aids. They are not a substitute for official navigation, nautical charts, or your own judgment. Waterfront and boat access involve inherent risks; use them at your own risk.

Food trucks

Food trucks at Celebration Park may be independently operated businesses. Individual operators are generally responsible for their own food, beverages, menus, pricing, preparation, and customer service. Menus, prices, hours, and availability can change.

Information that a food truck publishes on this website — including menus, photos, hours, phone numbers, websites, and social links — is provided for visitor convenience. It may not always match what is offered on a given day.

Private-event inquiries

The website includes forms for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, holiday celebrations, and other private gatherings. Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation, guarantee availability, or constitute an event contract.

Private-event arrangements are subject to separate confirmation and agreement with Celebration Park. Current inquiry forms open an email draft to info@celebrationparknaples.com. Sending that message is how the inquiry reaches us. An inquiry is a request for information, not a booking.

Email updates

If you subscribe to Celebration Park email updates, you ask us to send you park news. That may include live music and event announcements, food and drink promotions, special events, and other promotional or operational messages.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe method in those emails or by contacting us. Transactional or service messages related to an inquiry, application, or account may still be sent when appropriate.

Artist applications

Celebration Park may invite performing artists to apply through the website. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, a performance date, payment, or an employment, contractor, or other working relationship. Celebration Park may review, request additional information about, decline, or remove an application.

You must provide accurate information. You must have the rights needed to submit any portfolio links, biography, photograph, or other materials. Tax documentation such as a W-9, if requested, is used for evaluation and, if you are engaged, for tax and payment documentation. W-9s are not published on the public website.

You keep ownership of your intellectual property. By submitting promotional materials, you grant Celebration Park a limited license to use those materials solely to evaluate your application and, if you are selected or otherwise authorized, to promote you and related Celebration Park performances or events. This license is not a transfer of ownership and does not give Celebration Park broader rights than reasonably needed for those purposes.

Authorized accounts

Some features of this website are available only to people Celebration Park has invited or authorized, such as park staff, food-truck operators, and approved artists. Accounts are not offered as a general public registration.

If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been misused. You may not attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the site that you are not authorized to use.

Submitted content

If you submit information or materials through the website — including inquiry messages, newsletter signups, artist applications, account profile details, or artist availability requests — you represent that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.

Celebration Park may refuse, edit, unpublish, or remove content that it hosts when necessary for accuracy, safety, legal compliance, or park operations. Food-truck and artist materials remain owned by their respective owners, subject to the limited licenses described in these terms.

Intellectual property

Celebration Park owns or licenses the Celebration Park name, logos, website design, original writing, original photography, and other original materials we publish. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse those materials for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

This website may also display content that belongs to artists, food-truck operators, photographers, vendors, or other third parties. Those parties retain their rights. Our posting of that content does not transfer ownership to Celebration Park or to you.

Photography and recordings

Celebration Park is a public-facing outdoor venue. You may appear in photographs or videos taken in public areas by staff, vendors, or other visitors. Celebration Park may use images or recordings of public areas, including those in which visitors are incidentally included, to operate and promote the park.

Commercial photography, filming, or drone use requires prior written permission. Visitors remain free to take personal photos, subject to staff instructions and the privacy and safety of others.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites and services, including social media, maps, review sites, and external event or ticket pages. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. Celebration Park is not responsible for third-party sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

If a live-music or park event listing includes an external ticket link, any purchase is made with that third party, not through this website, unless we later add ticket checkout to this site.

Payments, tickets, and reservations

This website does not currently process payments, store payment-card information, operate an online store, sell event tickets, or complete reservations. Private-event forms are inquiries only. If Celebration Park later confirms a private event, payment and cancellation terms will be handled in a separate agreement — not by submitting a website form.

Safety and assumption of risk

Your safety matters to us, but visiting an outdoor waterfront park involves inherent risks. By visiting the park, you acknowledge that:

  • you use park facilities at your own risk;
  • you are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of minors in your care;
  • weather, water, docks, walkways, and live events can affect conditions;
  • you should not take part in activities beyond your abilities or against staff instructions; and
  • we cannot guarantee a risk-free environment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celebration Park Naples and its owners, operators, employees, and agents are not liable for:

  • personal injury or property damage resulting from park use;
  • lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings;
  • injuries resulting from your own negligence or misconduct;
  • acts of third parties, including other visitors, vendors, or artists; or
  • weather-related incidents or other natural occurrences.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law, including liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct where such a limitation is not permitted.

Right to refuse service

We may refuse entry or ask a visitor to leave if the person:

  • violates these Terms of Use;
  • behaves in a disruptive or dangerous manner;
  • appears intoxicated or under the influence;
  • poses a safety risk to themselves or others; or
  • has been previously banned from the park.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the park or website after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
